DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

-       Undergraduate Diploma or Graduation Certificate for Master Degree (Translation from Turkish Foreign Representative or notary must be submited)
Undergraduate Diploma or Graduation Certificate and Master Diploma for PhD Degree (Translation from Turkish Foreign Representative or notary must be submited)

-       Undergraduate Graduation Transcript for Master Degree (Translation from Turkish Foreign Representative or notary must be submited)
Undergraduate Graduation Transcript and Master’s Degree Trancript for PhD Degree (Translation from Turkish Foreign Representative or notary must be submited)

-       3 Passport Photographs (4.5x6cm Format Taken Within The Last 6 Months)

-       Regarding the Turkish Candidates Applying for the Quotas Abroad, Their Residing Abroad Residence Declaration Form 

-       Notarized Turkish Translation of the Pages Showing the Identity Information and the Validity Period of the Passport with Student Visa

-       Original of Turkish Proficiency Exam Result or Computer Output TÖMER Document (B-2 level for registration, C-1 certificate should be supplied until graduation)

-       Graduate Registration Form

-       Student Registration Information Form

-       Note:
1- B-2 level for registration, C-1 certificate should be supplied until graduation for TÖMER document
2- In order to make a course registration, the student must submit a TÖMER Certificate.
3- The Final Registration Procedures of the Student who does not have a TÖMER Certificate are made and the Education Status is Selected on the System. The student is directed to BANÜ TÖMER for 10 months to obtain the TÖMER Certificate.
4- Students Registered to TÖMER can receive their Student Certificate from TÖMER.
5- Students Are Directed to the Foreigners Office in order to obtain a Foreign Residental Number.
